It is my pleasure to announce that since we are privately owned and operated residences if you book thru us, we are able to bring to you this magnificent resort and all is amenities at a 20% to 50%  reduction  than if you book thru the hotel .......All these rates are based on daily rates..... Please call us for additional discounts for weekly (7 days) and monthly rates.

Important information follows:

ROOM RATE: 

• Rate(s) are  Quoted in US dollars and are plus 13% tax

• All revenues for accommodations are due7 days before  check in date  either by credit card, checks Payable to RC Properties or cashiers checks.

• Please note that the amount charged for the room rate will appear on your credit card statement as a charge from RC Properties & Management, Inc. and not as Ritz Carlton charge.

AMENITY FEE:

An amenity fee will be charged according to your reservation to cover daily housekeeping, assigned covered parking, local phone calls, all the amenities of the hotel, usage of the gym, and spa.  It is a ONE TIME FEE per reservation NOT per night. 

Studio:  $100     One Bedroom Suite: $150       Double Suite: $200

CHECK IN: 

CHECK IN TIME IS AT 3PM  

Check in shall take place at the front desk of the hotel with your name or confirmation number. At this time you will be requested for a major credit card for your incidentals and where you will be charged for incidentals.

CHECK OUT: 

CHECK OUT TIME 12:00 NOON

Late check out will result in a $125 fee. 

All rooms are Non - Smoking rooms .

PARKING SPACE :  

A covered assigned parking space shall be assigned to each room( included in the amenity fee)

There shall be a transponder in the safe  for your use upon your arrival, in the event that the transponder is not returned, there shall be a $200 charge

If you wish to use the valet parking service offered by the hotel you  will be  charged  accordingly by the hotel  for this service.

DISCLAIMER: Please be advised that the room that you have reserved is part of a small group of Private Residences within the hotel which is operated by the Ritz Carlton.  Your residence is privately owned, operated, managed and serviced by our private housekeeping service that only caters to our 12 rooms.  For this reason we will guarantee housekeeping until 2:30 PM. After that time it shall be available upon request. A parking space, in the basement level, has been assigned to you at  however if you decide to use the Valet Parking service that the hotel offers you shall be charged accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For cancellations done more than 7 DAYS prior to check in date there will be a 1 night cancellation fee. For cancellations done less than 4 DAYS  prior to check in date there will be a charge equal to  50% of the room revenue for the total dates of the reservation No-shows will be charged  for the full room revenue  for the total dates of reservation.

All rooms will be charged upon arrival for the full term of reservation regardless of the check out date all these charges stated above  any damages to the room or common areas of the building , and any uncollected charges by the hotel  for incidentals  will be charged to the guest’s credit card that was provided to RC Properties & Management Inc upon confirmation of reservation.

RC Properties will reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the guest changes the number of days or terms after having received a confirmation number. 

We will not accept any claims or charges made for cancellation of reservations without a cancellation number provided by RC properties.
